What rock have you been under the last 20 years? :) McDonalds -- hot coffee to the lap? Wendy's -- finger in the chili (later thrown out, but they still tried)? A clerk in a convenience store successfully sued her employer for 'back injuries' resulting from *opening a pickle jar*. I could go on, but I won't. Too many stupid frivolous lawsuits make it to the courts :(
