Hmmmm......even though 90% of programmers program windows applications
and could give a damn less about caring about resources when .NET,
Intel Processors, and good ol' Moores law make everything easy?

should is fine....but probably doubtful.

Any developer, and *most* IT personnel. Anyone who needs an in-depth
knowledge of the hardware and how it is suppossed to work.
