Does the upper management business world use open source? I know there's low key accounting software like GnuCash, there are open source LDAP servers for tracking employee information and credentials... Is there software for managing hiring? Let's say I run a temp agency. Is there something to let me manage job postings, handle applications, payroll, that kind of thing?
