The regular bittorrent client was giving me an error about not being able to handle a udp url. So I downloaded Azureus, but then saw ktorrent in synaptic, so thought I'd give it a try. I usually avoid "k apps", which is rather silly it turns out. ktorrent handled the torrent url just fine, and it also has an excellent visual layout, with all the download data easily visible right up front and a cool graph that shows you the parts of the file that have been downloaded. This is much more informative than just a simple download percentage. I never did get around to installing Azureus.
