While not built-in, True Crypt has the ability to have hidden volumes.
This is basically an encrypted partition inside an encrypted partition.
That way, if you are forced to reveal the passphrase to your encrypted
home directory, your real secret data is safe inside the hidden volume.
I don't know if it has the ability to destroy encrypted volumes, but
it's open-source so someone could add that.
