??? I fear that the Symantec..Veritas assimilations have made PartitionMagic into a very small cog in the overall works. It might be interesting to try the acronis trial product that DJA recommended http://www.acronis.com/ I think the actual product page is http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/diskdirector/ It appears that you may have to use Windows to create a bootable (cd/diskette?), but thereafter it boots and runs autonomously. DJA- can you confirm this? If it works, I even might be willing to shell out a $50 purchace price, just for the disk editor tool.
