No, it is very different. It actually produces crude oil which can then
be recycled back into plastics or refined for gasoline.

I guess I shoulda put a smiley.  Although I did not know what this term
meant, it brought to mind "burning".  And I'm not sure that burning
won't result in some form of thermal depolymerization.  I don't think
ash (nor creosote) is considered a polymer.   :)   Am I wrong?
