I'm sure they would prefer the HMO system, with capitation contracts,
limited reimbursement and second guessing doctors, we have here. The
grass is always greener on the other side of the border. Of course
doctors prefer a private payer system, then they can make all the
money their little hearts desire. But in reality that doesn't exist
here either.
