I've used one in the past where a tower was too big and a laptop was out
of the budget. FWIW, I found it VERY well made, the company gave
excellent support for the one and only one hardware related issue it
had on delivery ( bathtub curve strikes every manufacturer sooner or
later ) and in spite of the fact that it ran windows 2000 professional,
it was eerily stable and the least troublesome PC on the network for
over 2 years. YMMV, no relation or compensation etc etc.

Doctors like them for their ability to fit nicely in an examination
room, on what little space usually remains on the counter after all the
medical stuff, the sink, the boxes of cotton balls and ice cream sticks
and sharps hazard boxes have been deployed.
