M$ seems to be ignoring the fact that they are supporting companies that
use this infringing code, so in effect they have been OK with it for at
least six years. In 2000 they began using Akamai for either DNS or their
download service (I forget which) after M$ systems were cracked and
compromised. Akamai uses Linux on all public/Internat servers with the
small exception of those that provide Windows media feeds.

Take that M$.
