Having a look at two right now: SysKonnect SK-54A1, around 30 bucks and one by 
US Robotics costs almost 100. 
What about those game console adaptors - are those usable?

I'm still considering the Linksys, but the modified firmware like for example 
dd-wrt is mandatory, right? The router as shipped can't do that?
