We are, of course, offending religious sensibilities left and right.

I just heard on the radio (lunceon "errands") that several United
employees, including pilots, reported seeing a saucer shaped thing
hovering directly over O'Hare (11/7/06) that then ascended vertically
through the clouds. This prompted the radio announcer to remark that to
come 700 million light years to O'Hare and then have to turn around
because your gate was full is simply unacceptable.

I bring this up because the same poll as the Jesus one said that 15% of
Americans believe that alien intelligence is probable. So once again I'm
in the minority, although only by two points.
