Another possible option is go to the bookstore buy the book. The books are 
available on the web. I will post the links when I have the chance to research 
the subject. The books are esentially slideware in print format. They are 
expensive, but it's much easier to peruse the info. The downside is that there 
is no index. I believe that there is some continuing ed classes available as 
well.
