Personally, I wish that in any reference to the infernal thing, people
would take the time to insert the periods. Without the periods, it's
too suggestive that it's something it's not. It is by *NO* means
"patriotic". In all fairness, they *should* have found a way to dubb it
the T.R.E.A.S.O.N. Act, or perhaps the B.I.G.B.R.O.T.H.E.R. Act.
