Apparrently, it's *not* an error.  The same thing is repeated later.

However, there does seem to be an ambiguous item. It says that :#,#s/old/new/g makes changes on the lines between #,# but it seems that "between" is not quite right unless it is stated "inclusive". How does one notify whom of this?
