Morphing subjects have a good chance of ending up with a [kooler] tag,
which suffices.  And killfiling the major participants of an OT thread
surely is less drastic than unsubscribing entirely, which kills 100%
of the "legit" traffic as well.

I suppose that we should troll the archives and get some data. No doubt
it goes OT far more often than I recall...
