Actually, I disagree.

Child pornography -- well, maybe.
No. Not "well, maybe". Just no.
Does child pornography exist - yes.
However, the undercover operations that the police regularly use for
these kinds of cases are far more effective than any P2P or copyright
control is ever going to be. It nets the people producing the stuff and
stops actual abuse.
If these folks *really* were interested in stopping kiddie porn and
"saving the children", they would add extra funding to the undercover
task forces dedicated to infiltrating the kiddie porn rings.
Somehow, that solution never comes up. I wonder why.
If you won't let your kid go to F-Street Bookstore by themselves,
then you have no business letting your kid get on the 'Net without
your supervision.
