Oops, I guess the PCWORLD article was written last Friday.
Since then, I guess that all the Linux distros have now
finished building in the MadWi-Fi Linux kernel device driver
for Atheros-based Wi-Fi chipsets, so I guess an apology is in
order here: I am sorry.

PS: I doubt I'll get to see any replies any time soon, sorry.
I only read this KPLUG Main List once a month or so.
And I am done for now, *definitely*.

Aw shucks mVIIs! It isn't as bad as it sounds...
I am compelled to let you know that I was at the KPLUG Installfest this last Saturday 14Apr2007 and I saw both Lan and Gus there... I can personally testify that they were both cordial, friendly and I can further testify that they are BOTH awesome ;^)

Yep, it is just a list and being a top 2-5% population list (using Linux (well) has to put you at/above the 95th percentile ;^) and I personally assume we get to/need to vent, forgive, rinse, redo quickly and as often as necessary.

Who else but other *nixers are going to show each other any compassion/forgiveness?

You wouldn't believe how much help I got on a project I am working on ;^)
Biggest thanks to Jim Sack, Neil, Gus, Robert and everyone else.
