Yes, your logo gets in my way of seeing and reading things that may be on the screen.
The really irritating ones are the ones on TBS (or it TNN?) that actually have a sound overlay, animation, and zoom across the screen.

Interestingly, one of the more effective ways that MythTV knows to use commercial skip is the absence of those station bugs during commercial breaks. So, as much as I hate them, removing them would actually cause me to see _more_ commercials. heh.
