You could use Youtube or Google Video to host the files, though the
resolution is limited.  Google publishes a series technical video
presentations series [1] this way.

For most presentations, you might only need to have an audio track
sync'ed projector video.  The presenter could use something like Wink
[2] to record the this without any equipment.  If you want higher
production values, intercutting a camera shot of the presenter with
the slides would be a good step.  The biggest challenge could be
catching audience questions on the microphone.
