The possibilities for meaningful medical research are staggering. But that
can be served by stripping them of all ID.

I'd also like to see someone keeping stats on physician outcomes, although
that is a big can of worms, and I could probably be talked out if it. In
fact, if the teacher "accountability" in no0chlid-left-behind is the
paradigm, I'm against it.

I'd be interested in Dave Looney's opinion.
