It looks like packages for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 are being provided
by Dag Wieers <http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/> Look at the FAQ for how to
set up the repository.

atrpms.net also provides what you want.

If you move to Fedora, I would recommend using freshrpms.net or
atrpms.net for packages not contained in the official repository.
