Or the IRS. The IRS uses a different Zip-plus-4 for different types of tax return processing. For example, California 1040 returns go to 93888-0102 if you are sending them money, and 93888-0002 if they are sending you money. For 1040A, it's 93888-0115 and 93888-0015, respectively.
