Can you go with something other than Bugzilla or is that a hard constraint?
I've actually been a lot happier with projects that use Trac. Roundup
is even okay.
I'm just not very happy with Bugzilla. It needs a UI rewrite, but the
fact that nobody has done that in what, 5+ years, indicates that its
probably a tricky task and that other programs are easier to cope with.
