Someone who just got back from Europe showed me some Euros of the "5"
denomination and the note had a copyright mark on it [ © ]...
I thought the notice not to copyright government legal tender was
universally recognized as a 10-25 stint in the slammer or the gulag,
whichever was closest...
Anyone know what that is all about?
