Permanent ban.
Basically, you use it on someone who will only learn when you hit him
with the "You are banned from this site, loser. Go away." Sometimes,
you even give them the reason.
I'm normally not an advocate; however, joining the mailing list a second
time and *still* not deactivating the email confirmation callback
antispam for it is probably deserving.
