Ooooo, Quote Wars. Can I play, too?

"Beggars can't be choosers."

"Patience, the beggar's virtue, shall find no harbor here."

"A spoonful of honey will catch more flies than a gallon of vinegar."

Or, perhaps the most apt for KPLUG given the prickly Cheap Bastards(tm):

"We the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much, with so little, for so long, we are now qualified to do anything, with nothing."

It's like I always tell my kids: "What would you rather do, be right, or
be happy?"

Careful. There are four corners to that choice box. You do not have enough money to pay for the "wrong and happy" corner of the box as your children age.

"Wrong and happy" only works when, like Dubya, you are shielded from the consequences of your wrong actions.
