I was coming from Orlando on a Delta 767 and the seats had a screen on the back of each seat. The screens were playing information about the seat belts when the pilots re-started the engines. The screens when blank and then they started to boot up and to my surprise, during the bootin up, I saw that the operating systems was Linux Red Hat.
