OK, after lots of reading archives, experimentation, etc, I have concluded that my old "nVidia Corporation NV18 [GeForce4 MX 4000 AGP 8x]" video card is simply not the best for MythTV output. I just can't get the color right (Xv won't work and nvidia-settings gives me washed-out output).
So I'm looking to upgrade ... _real_ cheap! Here are my putative requirements: - cheap (or used) - nVidia - s-video output - XvMC acceleration support - good color control - did I mention cheap?[0] As always, if you think I'm off base, input is welcome.
