Not you, apparently.  But there are lots of people that buy computers
to play games, upgrade to a shiny LCD monitor, or just to fix their
broken software install.  People may even buy a new computer rather
than upgrading easy-to-upgrade components such as RAM or disk space.
After all, Dell has new computers starting at $350.
