I just tried sending email through Google gmail, and received the following bounce message:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 13): 553 sorry, relaying denied from
your location [64.233.166.183] (#5.7.1)
I can't relate to that IP address in any meaningful way. Comments are welcome.
