Yesterday I didn't see that problem, because I just downloaded the ogg and played it with xine. I think I chose download mainly because I had plug-ins disabled at the time. I went back and looked today and I don't see choppiness running it in the browser ..today. But I /have/ been plagued by extreme choppiness from time to time. I attribute it to the server or network having some kind of 'stutter' problem. Such behavior can be quite painful to watch! Well, painfully annoying, anyway. That's why, in cases where I can download a file, I often opt for that and play it via xine or mplayer. Curiously, I have sometimes found that one will play but not the other!. =-O Regards, ..jim -- [email protected] http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
