So my boss emailed me the following:
On a different subject---Are you qualified to port Delphi/Pascal code over
to C++ (using appropriate tools as needed)? If not, do you know anyone?

I have no experience in Pascal, but I'm sure someone here does. If any of
you are interested, email him.
I should ask why you want to punish yourself/ your company by porting
the code rather than using the Free Pascal compiler
<http://www.freepascal.org> to make all the Delphi code work under
Linux, FreeBSD, Mac OS X/Darwin, Mac OS classic, DOS, Win32, OS/2,
Netware (libc and classic) and MorphOS.
I'm a Delphi/FreePascal programmer and can say the Free Pascal stuff is
working great. See the Virtual Magnifying Glass
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/magnifier/> project for an example of
what Lazarus (the visual IDE similar to Delphi)
<http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org> and Free Pascal can do.
