I hate when I do stuff like that. :)

Boot with the installation CD and select the repair option. The /etc dir
on the hosed drive will be mounted in something like sysimage/etc (It
should tell you where it's going to mount the partition(s). I don't do
it often enough to remember exactly). Use vi to edit the fstab file as
needed.
