Well, I'm more interested in the ability to merge changesets or text
files rather than binary files.
If I install package X, and it creates directory "/usr/local" in order
to install "/usr/local/X" and then I install package "Y" which creates
"/usr/local/Y" and then I want to back out package "X", most things
start complaining.
Or, if both packages install "/etc/init.d/somedaemon" and then I want to
back out package X, what happens?
It's this kind of stuff that needs a little bit of thought and programming.
