If it is Bluetooth, it should work okay. I've played around with it and it does work (WinXP though). My laptop has Bluetooth built-in. I don't know if having an add-on Bluetooth adaptor would cause any issues. Just buy a good headset, not the cheapest one available. Middle of the price range would be best..
