Anyone else on Cox noticing bizarre network stupidity today? My link at home keeps dropping out, especially if I do anything as bandwidth-intensive as, oh, 'ps auxfww' on my home linux box. Apparently started some time last night, and affects even the ability to simply browse the web from home. Unfortunately, I won't be able to power-cycle my router or the cable modem until I get home this evening...
Well, after wasting an hour of my time testing my gear, I called Cox and sure 'nuff, they're experiencing an outage and have techs on-site working on the problem.
