It is using Xen Enterprise with 11:1 ratio. I think that means 11 virtual systems on one host, but I am not certain. Someone who is more Xen-knowledgeable than I am would need to comment. I have a Xen system with a different company[1], and I am usualy pleased. The caveat is that SpamAssassin can put a hurting on my system, and there are some usage restrictions (they are very against IRC). [1] http://unixshell.com/ Now, if you are wiling to spend 5$ more a month, you can get: o AMD 2000+ o 256 MB DDR RAM o 40 GB Hard Drive o 200 GB Data Transfer o 100Mbps Connection o Dedicated System http://serverpronto.com/detail-starter.php While ServerPronto does not offer CentOS nor Slackware, they do offer Debian, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, SuSE, openSuSE[2], and even Microsoft Windows[3]. This is a tradeoff I am willing to accept (being as lack of Debian makes vr.org a non-starter for me). [2] As well as Fedora Core, Gentoo, and Ubuntu [3] Additional monthly fee. So what, as none of us would take that option anyway, right? -john I do not work for ServerPronto, but as soon as my current Xen system upsets me too much I am likely jumping ship to ServerPronto.
