This morning the video seems fine. Only the audio has choppiness, and it's very slight.
I have spent the last month fighting with my upstream video feed provider's T/S, and eventually had one call center worker let slip that they are having intermittent head end feed drops and noise; a truck roll, and two decoder boxes were required before that admission was produced however. When asked how to escalate the matter, to obtain a reasonable credit for my lost time and the loss of service, and to get the matter well and truly fixed, the CSR had nothing material to offer. ;(
