It's keyword.enabled because there's also a keyword.URL value you can use to specify what URL string it will use to auto-complete address-bar entries it deems to be "search queries." By default, keyword.URL uses Google's "I'm Feeling Lucky," but I've changed it to use yubnub.org's "command line for the Web" instead. (The keyword.URL value for that is "http://yubnub.org/parser/parse?command=".)
