It's Deja Vu all over again. heh.

"Todd,
Smokers stink. Smokers are not generally as healthy and get sick more
often. They do take breaks often to get smellier and less healthy. These
frequent breaks break concentration. They miss phone calls more often
when they are out smoking. Ash and cigarette butts are messy. I feel
that most smokers detract from a pleasurable and productive work
environment because of their habit. I smoked for 10yrs+, I know these
things to be true. Besides, my company, my rules. :o)
The job is located in San Diego, CA. As a resident of CA you are
required to get a CA drivers license to drive in CA. Technically,
according to the DMV, you are required to get a CA drivers license
within 10 days of becoming a resident of CA. If you are not planning on
staying in CA or are not a resident, then you are not a person we are
looking to hire. If you have been here for <9 days, we will grant you a
grace period to go get your license. You will need to be able to legally
transport servers to and from the data center, and the bus isn't
acceptable for this task.

Mike"
