I see only mystery example number three as having any relevance. I don't see what a persistent Web connection does for a senior citizen bridge club (however vaguely defined). And my experience with secretaries is that, since the late 20th century, they already have the necessary computer skills, including accessing the Interwebs, coming into the job.
