Someone might even be able to successfully sue you for not hiring them because they look funny: best to keep that to yourself. My work keeps meticulous notes. The suits are a lot easier to deal with if you can demonstrate the reasons that the person doesn't qualify for the job. I actually got yelled at by HR once because I put a note in the interviewer's comments stating that the computer ate my first attempt at comments, so these comments were my attempt to recreate what I originally wrote.
