Where does the postfix machine live? Qualcomm blocks _all_ outgoing
smtp/25 connections from inside machines, unless you can convince
appropriate security people that your machine should be sending it. It is
unlikely you would be able to convince them to unblock for this purpose.
If you are sending real work-related email, e.g. from the @qualcomm.com
domain, your mailer should be configured to relay through
smtphost.qualcomm.com.
To send email out from inside of our network, but as another domain, you
have to either use our (logging/recording) smtp server, or tunnel the
connection out to some machine that people will accept mail from.
