Seriously, spend some time reading the documentation at http://www.postfix.org/
, it's well worth the time it takes, and will answer all your questions.
Once you figure out exactly what it is you want to do, of course. It
*sounds* like you want to relay mail only for specific clients, which
may change over time, and that sounds like a perfect application of
SMTP AUTH.
If I'm completely missing the point, clarify your question.
otherwise, get an account with http://authsmtp.com/ and have them
relay your mail.
