Sorry for the late news, but I just found out today:

NCAS will be closed due to Presidents Day on the 16th. This used not
to affect Saturday classes, but it does now. The facility will not be
available on the 16th for the installfest. The school says there is no
problem if we want to postpone one week to the 23rd, or we can cancel
for the month. I have no problem with the 23rd myself.
