As far as I'm concerned, given a shared-use box, I'm pretty darn sure that I wouldn't want just any ol' user firing up a SMTP server on a whim. Or maybe watching for the system's DNS server to shut down or restart briefly and firing up their own in its place. I'm sure you can think of more...
