I recognize that utility, now. I just temporarily misplaced my neural
connection to it.

Dumb me, I even suspected that it came from xorg-x11-utils.
I just didn't think to do a visual grep on the output from
  rpm -ql xorg-x11-utils-7.1-4.fc7|grep bin/
