_I_ stop at stop signs. Although I may sometimes (rarely, though) need to re-define stop as having a very low velocity. Maybe that's what you mean by everybody. I suppose you could make a nice distribution curve to illustrate this. Possibly I am several standard deviations below the most probable value?
