It is worse than that -- yum itself was playing 'Sourcerer' Apprentice.' yumex just made it invisible, and said:
        okey-dokey
the the proposed 'remove huge quantities' transaction.

Thanks a lot yumex developers. From now on when I want to remove ANY package, whether a single one or several, I'll do it on CLI the old fashioned, more reliable, and safer way.

GUI tools are for those who need eyecandy   ;)
